1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing KrevioTech, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Our services are intended for professional business optimization and private personal AI deployment.
2. AI Assessments
The 'Krevio Pro' AI Assessment is a consultative service. While we strive for maximum accuracy in our 'Effort vs. Impact' matrix, resulting efficiency gains may vary based on business implementation and human-in-the-loop consistency.
3. Sovereign Infrastructure
For 'Krevio Sovereign' clients, KrevioTech acts as an orchestrator for your private cloud deployment. The user maintains full ownership and legal responsibility for the data stored on their private VPS and the content generated by their bespoke agent.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use our AI orchestration services for any illegal activities, the creation of malicious software, or any purpose that violates the safety guidelines of our underlying model providers.
5. Limitation of Liability
KrevioTech provides the infrastructure and orchestration layer for AI systems. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of autonomous agents once deployed to a client's private vault.
